Take advantage of the time at home to renew your skin and especially your face by using natural simple materials that you will find in your kitchen!
If you have a normal type of skin you will need:
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon orange juice
• 1 cup of yogurt
Use a bowl adding in all the ingredients and mix well until they get homogenized and become a mixture.
Make sure you have thoroughly cleansed your face with lukewarm water and apply the mask and leaving it for 15-20 minutes and then rinse with plenty of water.
If you have a dry skin, try to use the below:
• 1 avocado
• 1 table spoon of olive oil
• 1 table spoon of honey
• 2 table spoons of yogurt
and follow the same procedure of making and applying.
Thanks to its antioxidant action, avocado contains fatty acids and keeps your skin hydrated without causing irritations which at the same time reduces inflammations. The soothing ingredients such as honey and yogurt contained in this face mask will make your skin feel smooth and firm.
