Pantone
Color of the year 2022

Pantone named “Very Peri” as the color of the year for 2022.

In fact, for the first time, Pantone created a new color instead of choosing one of its huge range of colors. It is a shade of purple which is described as “the happiest and warmest of all the blue shades” and imitates the bright touch screens of our digital world.

We are of course here to show you how you can include the most in fashion trend of the new year in your wardrobe.

Attention to detail

I’m starting with a more minimal approach for you who like to follow the trends without exaggeration, but at the same time want to integrate this new color in your everyday life. You have to pay attention to the details. One touch is enough to make your look special. Combine a piece of “Very Peri” with the basic color palette (beige, white, black, gray) that is definitely in your closet. This way you will give a twist to your personal statement and at the same time you will renew some items that you have already worn and will wear them again.

I urge you to try a monochromatic look. This can be a suit with the corresponding coat on top or several pieces combined harmoniously. In fact, you can (it is almost required) mix other shades of purple with different textures to create a successful layering.

Unexpected combinations

Purple may not be comprehended by many… It will be difficult for it to be chosen by someone, who cannot imagine how to combine it with what he already has in his wardrobe. Yellow could be classified to the same category of eccentric colors. What do you say to combine them, giving a funkier mood to your final look?

Last but not least, I leave you my favorite color combination that is green with purple, and specifically the “Very Peri” purple. It is probably one of the safest shades for color blocking options. Add a white element so that you balance the intensity of the outfit for a more everyday look and adjust it to your personal style id.
