It is this to-do that we have in our daily beauty routine all year round but especially in the summer season. We don’t go out without wearing sunscreen. This also applies to the city, not just the beach. SPF will protect the skin from the sun’s harmful rays.<\/p>\n
The “SPF” written on all sunscreen packages reveals how long it takes to burn. How exactly will you calculate it? It is simple. If your skin starts to redden after 10 minutes in the sun, an SPF of 30 (for example) means it takes 300 minutes. It is good to renew your sunscreen often, especially during the entire exposure to the sun, whether you are swimming or sunbathing.<\/p>\n
